I bought flights with them before the pandemic (October 2019).
They were very accommodating and understanding with my emails regarding checking in on how the flights were cancelled by the airline (April 2020).
The Europe Holidays was quick to let me know and process the refund, minus the cost of the administrative fee.
Understandably, with the fee, there was a lot of behind-the-scenes managing of flight changes before the ultimate cancellation of the flights.
